Allergen Roadshows go International
The “Allergens in a Nutshell” Roadshow events run by Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) have recently made a leap across the ocean to their first ever international venue in Schiphol, the Netherlands. March’s event in Schiphol took to a new international audience RSSL’s regular knowledge-sharing about the latest allergen legislation, clinical developments, and best practice from cleaning validation to sampling and analysis.
The free Allergens in a Nutshell Roadshows have been running since 2009 for the benefit of food industry professionals. The interactive seminar format, in conjunction with confidential one-to-one sessions with RSSL allergens experts, has always proved popular with industry delegates, and was just as much a hit on the first event outside the UK. Another Schiphol Roadshow is now being planned for September, in addition to those already scheduled for 2014 in venues around the UK.
