CIEH Announces New Food Safety For Logistics Qualification
A new qualification has been launched by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) that will benefit anyone working in a logistics business where food is stored, transported or delivered.
The Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Logistics can now be delivered by CIEH registered trainers and training centres. This latest qualification in the market-leading CIEH level 2 food safety portfolio allows trainers to offer a complete package in food safety training, covering the food process from farm to fork.
By law, food handlers must receive adequate supervision, instruction and training in food safety for all the tasks that they are expected to carry out.

* a CD-ROM containing a PowerPoint presentation and activity sheets
