Consultancy expands at RSSL
Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL) has appointed Sarah Marshall as its new Head of Consultancy Business, as a crucial step in the expansion of its Consultancy Department. With 22 years’ experience of the food industry, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise to her new position from previous work in ingredients and process research for Cadbury, in food product development consultancy, and as RSSL’s Product and Ingredient Development laboratory manager.
RSSL has for years used its food sector expertise to provide specialist training and consultancy to the industry in areas such as food safety and product and ingredient development, as an enhancement to its analytical services. The growing Consultancy Department aims to provide valuable support and partnership to businesses from an industry expert perspective. Speaking about her new position leading the Department, Sarah said “RSSL supports many areas of the food industry with analytical and consultancy work. Having so many subject matter experts within the business, it is now my privilege to harness their combined expertise with food in order to better support our clients with an integrated service.”
