Founder of the Year Award 2017 launches
Enterprise Ireland has launched the High Potential Start-Up (HPSU) Founder of Year Award 2017. The overall winner will be announced at an awards ceremony supported by Grant Thornton which will take place on Wednesday, 21 June 2017 at the Gibson Hotel, Dublin. Nine start-ups have been nominated by their peers for this year’s Founder of Year Award. Nominees include Immersive VR Education; Hub Controls; SalesOptimize, Clubstohire.com; Future Ticketing; Solar Adtek; SiriusXT; Feedpods and TVadSync.
The Founder of the Year award forms an important element of the HPSU Founders Forum. Enterprise Ireland created the HPSUFounders Forum in 2015 and currently there are over 100 participants from a variety of sectors including software, medical devices, food, engineering and construction. The objective of the Forum is to provide a platform for founders to help founders succeed internationally and scale faster.
