GSK Completes Divestment of Lucozade and Ribena to Suntory
GlaxoSmithKline, which is one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, has completed the previously announced divestment of its nutritional drinks brands Lucozade and Ribena to Suntory Beverage & Food for £1.35 billion.
