Ireland Welcomes Global Hospitality Tech Summit 2018
The Global Hospitality Tech Summit 2018, Ireland’s newest hospitality conference in association with Food and Bev Live, will take place from the 6th-7th of February at the Citywest Hotel, Dublin. The first conference of its kind, Global Hospitality Tech Summit 2018 is dedicated to examining recent trends in technology which are forming the future of the hospitality industry. The two-day event is being curated by the Restaurants Association of Ireland with an anticipated international audience of 150 delegates.
The conference, which will be presented on Wednesday the 7th by MC Noel Toolan, is directed at every level of the hospitality sector, including hotel managers, restauranteurs, quick service restaurant owners and revenue managers. Some key points that will be addressed include innovations and industry trends in 2018, digital marketing and trends in dining. Adrian Cummins (pictured), Chief Executive of the Restaurants Association of Ireland, said: “Working alongside Food and Bev Live, our objective is to provide you with the tools, ideas and networking opportunities you need to build your restaurant or foodservice business. ”
Speakers and panellists, that include Ailish O’Brien, Industry Manager, Google UK, Gerry Hanratty, CEO, Staypal and Paul Hayes, Founder of Beachhut PR, will not only look at how technology is revolutionising customer engagement in hospitality and tourism but will also examine the future of mobile POS and payments in the sector. Other industry experts in attendance will include Michael Cushieri, Managing Director, MC Square Marketing, William Cotter, Founder and CEO of Net Affinity and Caroline McEnery, Managing Director of The HR Suite.
Mr Cummins added: “Hospitality Tech Summit 2018 will bring the world’s latest hospitality and tourism technology start-ups to Ireland for a two-day global innovation forum.
