Irish Brand, Emma By Jane Wins South Dublin Enterprise Best Start Up Award
Irish fashion buyer turned jewellery designer, Jane Asple of Emma by Jane has won the South Dublin Enterprise Ireland, ‘Best Start-Up’ Business award at the 2017 awards. Since applying in September 2017, Jane was shortlisted to attend a two-day Bootcamp and pitch the company plans to a panel of Judges who saw “confidence, ambition and creative talent” in Jane’s plans and as a result Emma by Jane has been awarded a €15,000 investment.
Set up in 2016, Emma by Jane has grown significantly and investment means the company can now broaden collections through working with new suppliers and further develop the new clothing collection, following the success of the Emma Bomber jacket.
It also means that Emma by Jane will now proceed to Regional finals in January.
