Joe’s Tea Co Picks Up Three Gold Stars in Great Taste Awards
Joe’s Tea Co, the London-based organic tea company, has been recognised for yet more outstanding tea at this year’s Great Taste Awards. Organised by the Guild of Fine Food, Great Taste Awards is the recognised benchmark for speciality food and drink and the three Gold Stars awarded to Joe’s Tea Co’s Proper Peppermint is its highest accolade.
Solidifying its position as a leading independent tea brand, a further three awards were given with two Gold Stars for Chocca-Roo-Bew plus one Gold Star for The Earl of Grey and one for Sweet Chamomile. These awards come just before the second anniversary of the East London tea company, which now retails in six countries across the globe in 150 stockists. Since it launched in 2012 Joe’s Tea Co has spread across the UK and is now available in 85 Greene King pubs, ultra-hip London café brand The Breakfast Club, Union Street Café and London House, Mondrian London at Sea Containers and many more.
