Frederic Pflanz has resigned as chief executive of French drinks group Remy Cointreau for personal reasons. However, he will remain in the group as development director, with responsibility for specific assignments that he has already initiated.
As a transitional measure, the Remy Cointreau board has asked its chairman, François Heriard Dubreuil, to assume the responsibilities of chief executive Officer, which he has accepted. He will be supported by the current executive committee. The group’s strategy remains unchanged.
