NetNeutrals EU announces 20 new jobs for Dublin
Online dispute resolutions platform NetNeutrals EU has announced that Dublin is set to house its European headquarters, creating 20 jobs over the next three years.
Its office in Dublin 2 will house 20 employees who will handle key functions such as management, sales and marketing support, programme administration, and finance.
The company’s platform offers a single point of entry for EU consumers and traders, in order to settle their disputes for domestic and cross-border online purchases. NetNeutrals EU was founded as a spin-out of DeMars & Associates, following the implementation of the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform announced earlier this year.
The importance of such a platform was underlined by EU data which suggests that one in five EU consumers experience customer disputes each year, with less than half satisfied with the way the dispute was handled by a court.
Jo deMars, president of NetNeutrals, says: “[We have] been providing online dispute resolution for consumers and companies like eBay for more than 10 years. We are delighted to bring our EU headquarters to Ireland and look forward to developing a scheme tailored to these needs.
“NetNeutrals chose to establish its EU presence in Ireland due to the readily available, highly-educated and multilingual work force. Dublin is easily accessed, whether from our Wisconsin office or the UK office.”
