New business and legal consultancy launches in Dublin
Leman Consulting, a new business and legal consultancy, has launched at the RDS Members club in Dublin 4.
Calling themselves the first of its kind and the only legal consultancy in Ireland, Leman Consulting aims to partner with businesses, the civil service and in house council in preventing costly litigation, ensuring best practice and delivering good governance amongst other services.
The consultants at Leman will work together with partners on all of its component operations, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial practices, internal policies, commercial relations and HR and employee relations. Their services will also include legal strategy, outsourcing and ‘on demand’ lawyers for legal projects and IP audits.

The company has indicated that it has already successfully assisted many blue chip organisations in digitising and moving towards a paperless office.
