New Jobs in Research and Development in Galway

Creagh Medical has announced that 100 jobs in research and development are being created in Galway over the next five years. These new jobs will require those with skills in engineering, chemistry and science.This work will be done at a life sciences technology company in Ballinasole.
Cregh Medical was brought to Ballinasloe, Galway in November 2015 by the U.S based company Surmodics. There are 34 people employed by the company, and Surmodics plans to add to this number through and investment of €16.5m into the facility for the new research.
Their investment is supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation in Ireland as these new jobs will boost employment rates for the area.
