PM Group Acquires UK Specialist Engineering Firm
PM Group has announced the acquisition of PROjEN, a 100-person multi-disciplinary engineering firm based in the UK, with offices near Manchester and in Edinburgh. The company has joined PM Group as PM PROjEN. PM PROjEN provides multidisciplinary engineering and project management services in the chemical, petrochemical, advanced manufacturing technology and energy sectors.

It provides further opportunities to work with world-leading blue-chip clients such as BP, Total, National Grid, Essar Oil & Gas, Tarmac and Syngenta. PM Group’s strategy is to continue to grow internationally, following a year which saw the opening of an expanded office in Boston and the provision of increased service offerings in Singapore and China,” said Dave Murphy, CEO of PM Group, commenting on the acquisition.

The acquisition of PM PROjEN brings the total number of PM Group’s personnel to over 2,200 people, with over 300 based in the UK.
