PTC Creates 50 Jobs in Dublin

PTC plans to create 50 new jobs in Dublin in 2018. The firm focuses on technologies in the Internet of Things. The company will set up a new research development office and investment supported by IDA Ireland.
They will have positions in DevOps engineering, cloud, and security architects.
PTC Academic Programs are currently established in the curriculum at Trinity College, DIT, ITT Dublin, GMIT, AIT, and University of Limerick. These programs teach the firm’s 3D modeling software solution, Creo.
The firm also provides support to the Cork Institute of Technology, Maynooth University and Tyndal National Institute in developing projects using its IoT development platform, ThingWorx.
