Voxpro investing $4m in US expansion
Voxpro has announced that it will be investing $4m in a new centre of excellence in the US state of Georgia.
More than 500 jobs are expected to be created by 2020 in Georgia as a result of the expansion.
The Cork-based customer service and tech support provider opened a California office in March, and the Athens, Georgia office will give the firm its first presence on the east coast of the US.
Voxpro manages a range of business services on behalf of its partners, such as multilingual customer experience and technical support, trust and safety activity, social media management and harnessing product insights.
Commenting on the expansion, Voxpro Co-founder Dan Kiely said: “North America is a critical part of our global expansion and we are excited to be a leading Irish company bringing jobs to the US.”
He added: “Voxpro partners with clients that are changing the world. Our success is built on delivering beautiful customer experience (BCX) and it’s our people and our culture that provide that point of difference.”
Voxpro currently employs around 1,700 people across its three offices in Cork and one office in Dublin.
