Wrike outgrows office space; plans to create over 50 new jobs in Dublin
Project management software creator Wrike has announced plans to open a new office in Dublin as it experiences fast growth in EU markets.
Wrike selected Dublin as the European headquarters for its work management and collaboration platform operations last year, but has already exceeded its own expectations in terms of growth with 30% year-on-year growth recorded in EU customers.
The demand for such tools has skyrocketed in recent years as businesses look for ways to maintain employee productivity in fast-paced digital workspaces. Wrike’s customers include Google, Hootsuite, AT&T and Adobe.
Wrike founder and CEO, Andrew Filev, says: “We are impressed by the tech community in Ireland and aim to build a dynamic and ambitious team in Dublin that will support Wrike’s fast growth and dedicated customer service.”
Currently, it employs 25 people in Dublin but the company plans to increase that total to 80 over the next three years. The company has also announced a key hire for their Dublin office, with Alexander Belenky joining the leadership team as VP of Sales, EMEA.
These jobs are being created with the support of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.
Minister of State at the Department of Finance, Eoghan Murphy TD, reacted: “The Government continues to target fast-growing technology companies to invest in Ireland and make us a part of their growth from the earliest possible stage […] It is heartening to see the company take this space and continue to recruit and build their team here.”
